We would like to hire a IT Security Manager dedicated to Freight for Western Europe: Netherlands, Belgium and France. This is a role where you will take part in different projects and are able to guide these projects from the start. The role acts as an IT security expert and is responsible for the management of information security tasks as well as support IT Service Management within the cluster. The IT Security reports into the VP Business IT Freight Western Europe.We will give you all the right tools and accesses.Core Tasks

• Information Security Risk Management & Treatment; To support and ensure compliance related to IS risk management and resolution within the cluster.

• Information Security Compliance & Governance; To implement a governance structure around IS management and compliance while confirming stakeholders are indeed compliant to the target security model, following up on improvement actions if necessary.

• Information Security Reporting; To provide visibility of ongoing activities/projects/programs related to Information Security as well as current compliance figures across the cluster organization.

• Information Security Incident Management; Take the lead in relation to Information Security incidents, managing overall handling and resolution of the issue as well as scoping the impact and establishing corrective action.

• Service Level Management & Contract Compliance; Ensure service management & contract compliance controls are met and applied across the cluster.

Profile and Personal qualities

• Bachelor degree or equal due to experience.

• Relevant experience in information security (2-5 years).

• Fluent in English is a must, Dutch, French and other languages are a plus.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Excellent planning skills and ability to co-ordinate own work load.

• Have a methodical and organized approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritize tasks.

• Motivated to drive efficient processes and maintain accurate information.

• Strong communicator who is used to take initiative.

We offer

• Salary suitable for the position depending on knowledge and experience between EUR 5000,- - EUR 6000,-
