The organization you will be working for is located in Zoetermeer and has been a producer of different kinds of meat products for a long time. They are also an important supplier to large supermarket chains such as Jumbo, Plus, Lidl, Albert Heijn, and many more!

Within the production area there is no slaughtering! Only meat is processed into a finished product where ingredients are added, products are grilled and packaged. Vegetarian meats are also produced.

Besides the work, the organization is easily accessible by public transport, and they care a lot about their staff. Different languages are spoken within the organization where Dutch, or English is required. There are also different departments available within the organization where you get the opportunity to learn the logistics / production processes all!

This is what you will do

At this organization, they have been producing delicious meats that are sold in the largest supermarkets throughout the Netherlands for many years. They are also known for their specialty 'Filet American'. They also produce grill sausage (vegetarian), roast beef, minced meat, lick-meat and many more delicious products!

In your new position as a packing employee, you are an important player in the production, and also in the logistical process. Together with your other colleagues, you ensure that the packaged meat products are sorted into the right boxes and quantities so that they are delivered to the right supermarket every day. Your duties are as follows:

- Reviewing the schedule every morning.
- Checking the packaged meats for the correct stickers and packaging.
- Ensuring that all quantities (counts) of the meat products are correct with the order
- Sorting the orders.
- Placing boxes on the correct pallets.

Working time

Your new job will take place in a day shift from Monday to Friday. It is also possible to work 4 days a week. Your working day starts at 07:00/ 08:00 and ends when the work is done. You will work on average between 32 to 40 hours per week.

- Living in the area of Zoetermeer, The Hague, Moerkapelle, Zuidplas, Alphen aan den Rijn, Leiden, and other villages/ cities in the area.
- You master the Dutch or English language.
- Experience in production or logistics.
- Willing to work with meat in a cool environment.
- A flexible, full-time worker who is willing to work overtime due to rush orders.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
This is what you will get

- A gross hourly wage between EUR11.50 and EUR12.50 depending on age and experience.
- A salary increase after 3 months of employment!
- Travel allowance of EUR0,19 per km for a distance further than 10 kilometers.
- Overtime allowance of 131,50%.
